  • The high standards of the Plus-line
    Fifty years of experience in developing and producing injection moulding machines have culminated in the Stork Plus-line. The machines from this line offer solutions for most companies in the injection moulding business. Because of its high production speed, the Plus-line is eminently suitable for thin-walled applications. Nevertheless, the heavy-duty design is also much appreciated in other markets due to its long lifetime and low costs of ownership (TCO).

        • The Stork injection units are characterized by screws with high l/d ratios and high circumferential speeds. It makes them highly suitable for short cycle-times. Stork uses extremely stiff platens for symmetrical filling at minimum clamping force. The linear rail guidance of the movable platens distinguishes itself by its sturdy construction. Stork uses a robust toggle system which guarantees the shortest dry-cycle time at the lowest energy consumption. Stork also supplies fully electric machines, 2K units in different sizes and arrangements, IML technology, robots and other automation possibilities.     • Particulars of the potline
      The regrind material used for flowerpots is often heavily contaminated. This causes mould damage and down-time. The large sized Stork melt filter prevents this and has a positive influence on the process. Stork offers a wide choice in drive systems which enables us to offer you always the fastest and most energy efficient machine. Extremely thin-walled flowerpots require extremely high injection speeds. The Stork Pot-Line combines an extremely high injection speed with a fast and accurate switch-over to holding-pressure.

          • Special screws with high l/d ratios are ideal for homogeneous plasticizing of regrind material. Extremely high circumferential speeds make these wear resistant screws highly suitable for short cycle-times. Our high-flow air-valves with separate adjustment of flow and pressure guarantees the shortest drop-out time. The fast and accurately reacting mould safety provides an excellent protection for your valuable mould. Stork uses extremely stiff platens for symmetrical filling at minimum clamping force.

        The production of containers for the food-industry requires maximum hygiene. The Stork Food-Line can also be lubricated with food-grade oil and lubricants. Stork uses extremely stiff platens for symmetric filling and minimum clamping force.             • Extremely thin-walled food packaging requires extremely high injection speeds. The Stork Food-Line combines an extremely high injection speed with a fast and accurate switch-over to holding-pressure. Stork also supplies fully electric machines. Stork electric drives are distinguished by a robust rack and pinion drive that allows for the highest speeds. The rack and pinion drive has proven to be the most reliable drive.         • Primary assets of the Pail-Line
          The production of containers for the food-industry requires maximum hygiene. The Stork Pail-Line can also be lubricated with food-grade oil and lubricants. Stork offers a wide choice in drive systems which enables us to offer you always the fastest and most energy efficient machine. Thanks to enlarged opening-strokes, IML and take-out is possible in one movement which results in a shorter cycle-time.
              • Pailline: injection moulding machines to produce plastic pails and covers

              • Stork uses a robust toggle system. The toggle system guarantees the shortest dry-cycle time at the lowest energy consumption. Ejecting containers requires a lot of air and perfect timing. The freely programmable high-flow air-valves with separate adjustment of flow and pressure guarantees the shortest demoulding times, resulting in the shortest cycle-times. Pails are increasingly fitted with integrated handles. The 2K unit needed to facilitate this is available in different sizes and arrangements.

          • Charasteristics of the Crate-line
            Stork offers a wide choice in drive systems which enables us to offer you always the fastest and most energy efficient machine. Stork offers special wear resistant mixing-screws for perfect distribution of the master-batch and high output. Stork distinguishes itself by always delivering the fastest machine, also in the large machine range (>4400). Crate moulds are often complicated moulds with multiple core-pulling and ejector movements. The free programmable core-puller is extremely user-friendly and makes perfect parallel movements possible, resulting in the shortest possible cycle times.
                • Crateline: injection moulding machines for the production of logistic packaging systems

                • The boost function of the integrated hot-runner switches on extra power during start-up to avoid injection points freezing off. This eases the start-up of these complicated productions. The Stork linear rail guidance of the movable platens distinguishes itself by its robust construction. Logistic packaging systems are increasingly moulded with 2K technology. The 2K unit needed to facilitate this, is available in different sizes and arrangements.

            • 2K UNIT E100

            • Stand-alone or fully integrated
              The stand-alone Stork E100 vertical injection unit is the optimal solution for fast cycling 2K applications.
              The unit is mounted vertically on top of the fixed platen of the injection moulding machine. The position can be adjusted horizontally to the gate position of the mould.
                  • E100: all electric injection 2K unit

                  • The unit has a sturdy construction. The all electric servo drives provide a fast and precise injection process. This ensures that no hydraulic oil will contaminate the mould area and the operation is very energy efficient.
                    The unit can operate stand alone, but it can also be integrated seamlessly with Stork IMM machines. In this case, the unit is operated directly from the control of the main machine!

                    For safety and sequencing, the unit is equipped with two Euromap 67 interfaces. This allows the system to be used in cooperation with side-entry systems. No special adaptions are required for the main machine. Additional signals are provided in the Euromap 67 interface to enable and ensure optimal process injection timing for optimal product quality.
                    A 19” multi touch screen is mounted for operating and setting the unit. The operation is intuitive and is easy, according the Stork standard look and feel! The IPC control system is fast and uses the EtherCAT fieldbus system.
                    Stork IMM machines need extra hard- and software to enable the integration features and optimal injection timing.
