                                        • DOUBLE FLAP SYSTEM

                                      • A differentiation within Double Flap Systems can be made between tact and pressure locks. The Tact Sluices are used normally within lower pressure differences as an inlet or outlet system. They consist of a combination of two Shut-Off Valves with a surge drum. A ventilation system is installed additionally with the pressure and vacuum locks so as to allow a completely pressureless opening or closing of the Valves. Application areas are here e.g. the output from vacuum dryers. The result in combination with the APS Valves (air-pressure-sealing) is a very high vacuum tightness.

                                            • PINCH VALVES

                                              • The Pinch Valves are pressure controlled Shut-Off Valves. Neutral gases or liquids can be used as control medium. Pinch Valves can also be used as a regulating or dosing Valve if the tax pressure is changed, e.g. via a proportional pressure control Valve. Due to an extensive choice of elastomer for the special sleeve and different materials for the Valve body and flanges, the Pinch Valve finds application in many areas. Pressure and friction losses are insignificant due to the free passageway. By means of pressurization the sleeve closes the flow densely. Sleeves are closing densely within liquid, gaseous and also within viscous fluent or powdery fluids.

                                                • SWING CHECK VALVES

                                              • Swing Check Valves are Valves for return flow prevention in piping systems. Easy structures and short dimensions are the remarkable features of Swing Check Valves. They are constructed to be mounted directly between flanges acc. to DIN. Swing Check Valves of type DRK-DRKF are suitable for industrial employment in piping systems for transport of liquid and gaseous fluids of group 1 (explosive, inflammable, toxic, incendiary) and group 2 (all other) according to Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. They are not suitable for media with solid components. The Swing Check Valves are automatically held in a central position by the flange connection screws. An O-ring seals the equipment and protects it from external effects. Therefore, we recommend using flanges with clean sealing surfaces. Swing Check Valves require a low opening pressure. The resulting opening power directs the Valve against a spring and the Valve’s weight power, so that the media is released. If the initial pressure is higher than the entrance pressure, the Valve closes and is sealed by the O-ring to protect it from the media.

                                                  • Basis of the Rotary Valves are the over many years proved Shut-Off Valves of the centric APS class. They can be used for charging and blocking. The APS construction indicates that the sealing element is pressed pneumatically to the perimeter of the disk in position “closed”! A steady pressure tightness is still guaranteed with slight wears by the constant contact pressure of the sealing element of the Flap Valve. Therefore it shows a special suitability for abrasive bulk material. The Shut-Off Valve can be employed depending on the used sealing material in a temperature range of – 40°C up to + 200°C. For the triggering of the pneumatic seal Warex offers different solutions in which the seal can, if necessary, deflated with vacuum support or be charged with nitrogen.
