Strengthening the Linde sales organization in North Rhine-Westphalia

Linde Material Handling GmbH has become the sole shareholder of Linde network partner Pelzer Fördertechnik GmbH in Kerpen, effective November 1. The intralogistics solutions provider acquired the remaining shares from Reesink GmbH, part of Royal Reesink. This strengthens Linde Material Handling’s customer relationships in North Rhine-Westphalia and secures future growth potential in the region.

Following constructive negotiations with the previous majority shareholder, Reesink GmbH, Linde MH agreed to take over its shares in Pelzer Fördertechnik. Pelzer, based in Kerpen, has been a Linde dealer for 55 years, employing around 270 people, including more than 120 service technicians.
