Baoli unveils new KBR reach truck

The new Baoli KBR 14-20 reach truck, is designed by KION Group R&D and manufactured at its state-of-the-art factory in Xiamen. The reach truck features good performance, versatile lift heights and various load capacities. With this modern forklift, the Baoli customers can significantly improve the productivity and efficiency of their material handling operations.

The Baoli KBR 14-20 series offers a comprehensive selection to meet the specific needs, starting with the KBR 14 with a load capacity of 1400 kg, the KBR 16L with a load capacity of 1600 kg and lifting heights up to 9.4 meters. These models are complemented by the KBR 16 and KBR 20 with lifting capacities of 1600 kg and 2000 kg respectively and lifting heights of up to 10.6 meters.

Engineered for warehouse applications, the KBR 14-20 series achieves extended autonomy with 48-volt batteries, thanks to up to 700 Ah, and ensures uninterrupted operations throughout demanding work cycles.

In line with KION’s high quality standards, safety and stability are key priorities for Baoli. The robust chassis of reach truck reflects Baoli’s commitment to reliability and durability. In addition, the integration of various warning devices and lights enhances overall safety. This gives the operator peace of mind during operations.

Operator comfort and accessibility were also considered in the design of the KBR series. Ergonomic controls and a user-focused cab layout ensure ease of use. The integrated side shifters facilitate efficient goods handling. Hydraulic functions, activated by mini-levers, and a compact electric steering system improve maneuverability. The fully adjustable seat and steering console accommodate operators of different sizes, prioritizing both comfort and efficiency. Moreover, operators benefit from a height indicator and selector, further enhancing comfort and efficiency.

A cutting-edge electronic controller monitors all electric and hydraulic functions, providing quiet operations and energy efficiency, thus confirming the reliability of Baoli forklifts.
