Eleventh IFOY Award for STILL: in the race for the coveted award, the Hamburg-based intralogistics provider was successful again this year. In the eyes of the jury, the STILL EXH hand-guided low-lift truck is particularly worthy of the award.

The tension is rising in the Dortmund “U”, the former “fermentation and storage cellar” of the Dortmund Union Brewery. In a few minutes, this year’s award winners will be announced there during the IFOY Award Night. The results will remain top secret until the awards ceremony – both for the public and for the participating manufacturers. A total of 23 products and solutions from 21 companies are still in the running. Their representatives are anxiously awaiting the verdict of the 25 international jury members. And then comes the redemption: In the “Warehouse Trucks Lowlifter” category, the hand-guided low-lift truck EXH 14-20 Plus from the Hamburg-based logistics provider STILL is declared the winner.

“The IFOY Award is a prestigious award and a valuable seal of quality for forward-looking intralogistics solutions. I am all the more pleased that we are able to stand on the winners’ podium this evening. It shows once again how much innovative spirit and clear customer focus in the development of new products pay off and lead to measurable success,” says Frank Müller, Senior Vice President STILL Brand Management. He had the honour of attending the IFOY Award Night on behalf of the Hamburg-based manufacturer and accepting the coveted trophy.

EXH hand pallet truck with unique tiller head design

The EXH 14-20 Plus series, which received an award from the IFOY jury, can be used to master countless logistical challenges: the hand-guided low-lift truck is ideal, for example, for the horizontal transport of goods, for last-mile deliveries or loading and unloading on the ramp, but also for simple order-picking activities. The entire series can be optionally equipped with lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries. The unique tiller head design stands out in particular: the generously designed buttons enable intuitive handling at all times – left- or right-handed and completely independent of the size of the operating hand. The integrated display also gives users an overview of all relevant vehicle data such as battery charge status, operating hours or the respective driving programme. The optionally available STILL touch display can be described without exaggeration as a revolution in the field of handling. It builds a bridge between smartphone operation and the operation of warehouse technology equipment. Or to put it another way: Handling that is familiar from everyday life is seamlessly transferred to the working world of intralogistics with the STILL touch display.

Innovative strength demonstrated once again

Trend-setting technologies, maximum customer benefit and the highest quality are always the focus of all new developments from STILL. “Today’s award shows that we have achieved these goals with the EXH 14-20 Plus series,” says a delighted Frank Müller. “So we are on the right track to making the future of intralogistics even smarter together. I would like to express my sincere thanks for this – to the international jury of experts as well as to our employees. With their great commitment and expertise, they made this award possible in the first place and have now brought the IFOY Award to STILL for the eleventh time.”
