AR Racking: Joint Project Optimizes Inventory for AQUILA Romania

AR Racking is proud to announce the successful completion of an ambitious project for AQUILA Romania, a leading logistics and distribution company. Led by AMCO Interdeal, the official supplier in Romania, the project involved installing a pallet racking system in a new 6,840 m² warehouse in Aricesti-Ploiești, Romania, with a capacity of approximately 9,000 pallet spaces. AMCO Interdeal’s extensive expertise in storage solutions and understanding of AQUILA Romania’s specific needs were crucial to achieving this goal.

The racking system installation was completed in just 21 days and features advanced elements such as two walk-through tunnels beneath the racks. These tunnels facilitate quick access for material handling equipment and ease forklift operations from the unloading area to the rear of the warehouse, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and reducing processing times. The 9-meter-high racks, made of galvanized material, ensure durability and strength to meet customer requirements.
