Bluhm Systeme at LogiMAT

The optimal application and readability of QR codes, serial numbers or content streamlines a multitude of intralogistical processes. The industrial marking solutions with ink, laser or labels form the basis for this. Even in harsh environments, they convince with top quality. At Logimat in Stuttgart, 25 to 27 April 2023, Bluhm Systeme will be demonstrating the optimisation potential of industrial labelling for logistical processes. The new look of the trade fair stand in Hall ICS-EG, Stand 2A07, also visually underlines the message that Bluhm Systeme is focusing on pioneering elements.

Saves labels: inkjet printer Markoprint integra PP RAZR

Printing up to 34 mm high on almost any object is easy to implement thanks to the latest printing technology of the Markoprint integra PP RAZR. The permanent print head impresses with its high print image resolution, speed and integrated redundancy. The integra PP RAZR has two separate nozzle channels that can be controlled independently of each other. Thanks to its compact design, the integra PP RAZR fits into any production facility.

Optimise processes in harsh environments: Markoprint integra PP 108

The Markoprint integra PP 108 with the integrated RC1536 printhead from Seiko is robust against shocks and can also be used in challenging production environments. The recirculating ink system ensures that nozzles operate without failure and the print image remains brilliant at all times. A unique feature is the Bicolour version, which uses two ink colours simultaneously. This enables GHS labelling in black and red with only one device. Other colours available are green and blue.

Easy to integrate: Inkjet printer Markoprint Integra One

The system with its small dimensions of 188 x 80 x 98 mm can be easily installed in or on production lines. The print head reaches top speeds of more than 180 m/min and has an IP-65 protection rating. Intelligent SmartCard cartridge monitoring identifies the current ink type and automatically sets the appropriate ink parameters.

Shipping labelling 4.0: The Legi-Flex 6100 3D labelling portal

The Legi-Flex 6100 SLAM (Shipping Label Alignment Module) 3D labelling portal for applying individually printed shipping labels is precisely tailored to the requirements of Industry 4.0. The all-rounder is now available as a PID or SLAM variant. PID stands for “product identification” and applies pre-printed labels, e.g. for serialisation purposes. SLAM is the “shipping label alignment module”. This variant is suitable for applying individually printed shipping labels.

Reducing empty times: Legi-Air AP 182 pallet labeller

The Legi-Air AP 182 can be triggered individually by each pallet and activates a corresponding movement profile. Seven travel paths are programmable. This is made possible by an applicator that is moved via linear axes by means of a stepper motor drive. The AP 182 achieves top speeds of 120 pallets per hour for two-sided labelling and 90 pallets per hour for three-sided labelling. For three-sided labelling, the AP 182 requires only two pallet stops.

Less maintenance: The Legi-Air 4050 E label printing dispensing system

The Legi-Air 4050 E is a robust and proven label printing dispensing system. The modulated vacuum of the Legi-Air 4050 E reduces compressed air consumption by up to 80 percent. Since the rewinder and unwinder are motor-driven, the print module wears less. In addition, the design of the pressure dispensing system completely eliminates the need for maintenance parts.

Tough as nails: The fibre laser E-SolarMark FL

Thanks to its fibre laser technology with highly amplified laser light, the e-SolarMark FL plus stands for highest beam quality and energy density. The system is perfectly suited for marking difficult materials in harsh environments, e.g. stainless steel, plastic, plastic films and much more. Coding is possible in motion as well as at standstill. The marking field is up to 300mm x 300mm.

Easy to handle: Linx 8900 inkjet printer

The Linx 8900 not only continuously monitors ink and solvent levels for early warning. It also constantly determines the viscosity of the ink so that it can be automatically adjusted if necessary. This guarantees a permanently perfect print result and creates production reliability. Alternatively, the system can be operated via the large touchscreen directly on the machine or conveniently on a PC. It can be connected to the company network and databases via various interfaces. So-called remote fields can be automatically filled with individual information.
