The development of Industry 4.0 is advancing in leaps and bounds. One reason for this are smart, industrial labelling solutions. They form the basis for the smooth networking of data and processes. Only with ink, laser or labels do articles, accessories or raw materials receive an unmistakable identification. Printers, coders and labellers are necessary for this. They connect to the various ERP systems and ensure transparency and efficiency.

Bluhm Systeme is an international solution provider of such labelling solutions. The modular devices adapt in size and performance to all surfaces, materials or production processes. They mark just as clearly at extreme temperatures as they do at high speeds or with heavy contamination. At “all about automation”, the trade fair for industrial automation, 7 and 8 March 2023 at Messe Friedrichshafen, Bluhm Systeme will be showing these future-proof solutions, among others, at stand B2-112:

Flexible coder: Linx 8900 inkjet printer

The Linx 8900 is a flexible coder that prints up to 6 lines of text, numbers, barcodes and logos. With a fixed date option for batch printing, it is perfect for continuous production. The stainless steel housing has standard IP55 protection and optional IP65 protection.

Accelerated material flow: AP 182 pallet labeller

The pressure-dispensing system for pallets can apply two or three different labels to the packs – on different sides. The swivelling applicator head applies the individually printed labels either over a short distance by air blast or by direct contact of the spring-mounted dispensing plate. The AP 182 achieves top speeds of 120 pallets per hour for two-sided labelling and 90 pallets per hour for three-sided labelling.

Perfect entry-level model: Lightworx laser workstation

The Lightworx fibre laser station is “ready to mark”, with the integrated fibre laser impressing with a service life of up to 100,000 hours. Easy operation makes the sophisticated workstation, with the dimensions of a fridge-freezer, an ideal entry-level model. A touch screen guides intuitively through the menu. The Lightworx is ideal for small businesses with occasional labelling needs, such as for components or type plates.

Elegant, fast and versatile: inkjet printer Markoprint integra PP RAZR

Printing up to 34 mm high on almost any product is very easy thanks to the latest printing technology of the Markoprint integra PP RAZR. The permanent print head impresses with its high print image resolution, speed and integrated redundancy. The integra PP RAZR has two separate nozzle channels that can be controlled independently of each other. Thanks to its compact design, the integra PP RAZR fits into any production facility.
