For LogiMAT, the Mannheim hoisting gear manufacturer SWF Krantechnik GmbH will be exhibiting beside the air balancer MOVEster also the new electric chain hoist CHAINster. High FEM classifications and 2 hoist speeds up to 6/1, depending upon the load, make the CHAINster a high performance hoisting tool. The brake is designed for the lifetime of the hoist. Standardised, electrical modules with plug connections and high quality contactor controls are laid out as modules in the compact aluminium housing. The chain guide is made of metal. An additional teeth, which ensures the even distribution of force during redirection to the chain links, is used on the patented chain sprocket. This results in a longer service life of the load chain. On the whole, the CHAINster is a low-wear and robust “workhorse” for industrial use. The CHAINster is available with an upper hook, a push or motor trolley.

In conjunction with the aluminium light crane systeme LIGHTster the new hoist is a perfect combination as workstation crane. Load capacities up to 2.000 kg are realisable. Just like the existing steel version ProfileMaster, three different profiles offer a multitude of purposes as required by the circumstances and conditions on site. Single as well as double girder versions in normal or low headroom are possible, and also monorail can be realised with LIGHTster. The systems can be designed as manually operated push cranes or motorised cranes. The narrow nylon wheels on the galvanised manual trolleys allow an easy and quite moving during operation.

Simple but robust profile joints as well as few necessary fixing points make the mounting on site easier and more effective. The components that arrive pre-sorted, make a quick overview and sorting of the parts possible. LIGHTster optimizes the time and manpower requirements.

The reduced own weight of the aluminium crane has a positive effect on the building’s statics and makes the mounting for the installers lighter and easier.
