Since October, Linde Material Handling (MH) has had an additional office building at its headquarters in Aschaffenburg. Located in close proximity to the existing headquarters, this new six-story structure spans 6,000 square meters. The expanded administrative complex also includes the “Linde Experience Hub,” a newly built, 5,500-square-meter, representative hall for training, product presentations, and events.

After just over a year and a half of construction, the new office building was occupied, bringing together employees from both complexes for a “Housewarming” event. With the new designations of Headquarter West and Headquarter East, the main goal of consolidating scattered satellite locations across the city into one place at Carl-von-Linde-Platz has been achieved.

Ulrike Just, Executive Vice President Sales & Service Linde MH EMEA, emphasized the enhanced, modern headquarters as a testament to Linde MH’s attractiveness as an international employer with diverse career opportunities.

The new office complex caters to the evolving demands of the professional world. Linde MH in Aschaffenburg introduces the “Shared Desk” system, where employees use open desks within their department when in the office. Each floor offers various rooms, including small and large meeting rooms with different furnishings, high-tech presentation facilities, a library for quiet individual work, and a spacious, bright break area equipped with a kitchenette, standing tables, bar stools, and lounge furniture for spontaneous information exchange.

The nearby Linde Experience Hub serves as a bridge from theory to practice, providing a representative and functional space for various purposes. It features a high-bay warehouse, a flexible outdoor area with truck ramps, and multiple exhibition areas showcasing Linde MH’s solution and innovation expertise. Approximately half of the hall space is dedicated to vehicle and theme presentations, complemented by training and meeting rooms on two levels, reception, service areas, hospitality spaces, and ample seating.
