HepcoMotion will be showcasing a selection of its industry leading range of linear motion technology at PPMA Total Show 2016. Demonstrating the depth of its product ranges ideally suited to designers of processing and packaging machinery, Hepco looks forward to welcoming visitors to its stand (F54).

Hepco provides an array of high speed and accurate solutions perfect for the processing and packaging industries. Key products on the stand include the highly-regarded HepcoMotion Guidance System for the Beckhoff XTS (eXtended Transport System). This solution utilises Hepco’s PRT2 and 1-Trak guidance systems to work with Beckhoff’s XTS circuit linear system to meet the needs of higher duty XTS applications where motion profiles and long term durability requirements are particularly demanding. The combination of technologies from market leaders Beckhoff and Hepco provides users with a robust, high production and flexible solution that will revolutionise production processes in many manufacturing applications. With a demonstration unit on the stand, visitors can see the new system in action.

Further products on the stand include the DTS2 driven track system – an ideal choice for a food or packaging application that requires high positional accuracy and a demanding duty cycle. Visitors will also be able to see the MLG Linear Guide System which is suitable for most automation requirements. Offering smooth low friction movement, high rigidity and an excellent load capacity, Hepco’s ball rail guides are a durable, high performance linear guide solution available at a competitive price. Hepco’s core GV3 Linear Motion System that confidently operates in hostile conditions such as washdown applications and provides a long and trouble free life, will also be on the stand.
