Hubtex at LogiMAT 2022: well advised for heavy load handling

There are no off-the-shelf solutions in heavy-duty handling. This is why Hubtex relies on integrative consulting for its PhoeniX (up to 30 t) and SF-X (up to 65 t) product families. Topics such as automation, warehouse optimization and energy management are incorporated into the planning of the customer’s vehicle – especially for AGVs. Visitors to LogiMAT from March 8 to 10, 2022, can find out how Hubtex consultants accompany a complete product life cycle at Stand D05 (Hall 10).

When an industrial truck solution leaves Hubtex production, the work is far from done. The consultants are involved in all phases of the product life cycle. Hubtex accompanies customers from the solution idea to the eventual retrofit after a few years of operation. “We do have some standardized product kits, but we include every customer requirement and the individual warehouse environment in our consulting,” explains Hans-Joachim Finger, Managing Director Sales and Purchasing at Hubtex. “LogiMAT 2022 is a nice opportunity to once again get into personal conversation with companies from different industries and exchange ideas about their current challenges.” Partially or fully automated transport vehicles, optimization of the warehouse environment, and “green” energy management are increasingly important topics in this context, which Hubtex consultants address intensively in every project.

PhoeniX: 30 t and even more

Of course, Hubtex will also be presenting its flagship PhoeniX product range in Stuttgart: two exhibits from the modular system for electric multidirectional sideloaders with load capacities of up to 30 t will be on display. The eye-catcher at the stand is the PhoeniX from the 2831 series. Handling large-volume loads of up to 5 t, e.g. for panel materials in the wood industry, is its specialty – in and outside the warehouse. All vehicles in the PhoeniX series can be easily automated. Some PhoeniX models are already in use as AGVs, especially for handling plastic and aluminum profiles at window and door manufacturers. For 2022, Hubtex has set its sights on an even greater depth of integration into customers’ software systems in this area. In addition, existing vehicle series with load capacities of over 30 t will be successively replaced by PhoeniX solutions in 2022. All models have electric steering as standard, which ensures lower energy consumption and reduced emissions even when the vehicle is stationary.

SFX: self-propelled platform transporter up to 65 t

The second focus of the trade show will be the SFX modular system, which will be presented in summer 2021. Visible to a trade audience for the first time, the new self-propelled platform transporter will be on display in 25 t, 40 t and 65 t payload variants. It is designed for indoor and outdoor use. Thanks to its modular design, the transporter’s base can be equipped with various steering systems and a platform lift. The SFX modular system is developed for manual applications and can be expanded to an AGV in further stages.
