HYSTER® STACKERS UPDATED FOR OPERATOR COMFORT & DEPENDABILITY

Hyster has introduced a new version of its S1.0-1.5C Counterbalance Stacker series, for lifts up to 1.5 tonnes.

The updated Hyster Stacker trucks, which replace the existing S1.0-1.5C range, are well suited to the wide range of logistics, warehouse and storage applications which are handling bottom closed pallets. Here’s why.

New stacker truck features

The tough new S1.0C, S1.2C and S1.5C Hyster Stackers have received several updates. The trucks have been optimised with full electric steering, a new controller, lithium-ion battery options, and a fresh colour scheme to better align with the other new Hyster trucks in your fleet.

High dependability

Hyster knows that busy pallet handling operations can’t afford downtime, so the updated Hyster Stacker range is designed for dependability. Wiring complexity within the CANbus operating system has also been reduced.

Operator comfort

Now with full electric steering (rather than power assist), the Hyster S1.0-1.5C Stackers help to reduce operator fatigue, in turn supporting productivity (as well as keeping operators happy!). The new stacker trucks also feature three pre-set drive modes which support operators thanks to greater controllability, and also make it easy for new operators to get started.

Simple serviceability

If and when service or repair is needed, CANbus diagnostics and simple service access, make it straightforward and efficient, maximising uptime.

Application-matched options

Every logistics and storage operation faces different challenges, so the new Hyster S1.0-1.5C Stackers are available with a number of options to help tailor the solution to particular application needs. Including:

  • Adjustments for cold store use
  • Front Pedestrian Awareness Light
  • Key switch and keypad start system
  • Integral sideshift
  • Load backrest
  • A choice of fork lengths and mast heights
  • A range of drive wheels

If an automated lift truck solution is required, the new Hyster Stackers can also be configured for robotic operation via the Hyster Special Engineering Team.
