The Rollon Light Rail is a robust telescopic slide in lightweight design with full or partial extension. Thanks to embossed profiles made of high-quality steel, they exhibit only minimal deflection and operate reliably and safely even when fully extended and under maximum load. The defined extension of the telescopic rails ensures that the telescope can utilize its optimum load-bearing capacity in any position. The relatively flat raceways and the high surface quality ensure quiet and smooth running. All systems are lubricated with high-performance mineral oil-based ball bearing grease and are virtually maintenance-free. In addition, the LightRail is characterized by a long service life and space-saving design.

Customized solutions

The Light Rail is particularly suitable for applications where manual telescopes are required and the dead weight of the rail is just as important as the deflection rigidity of the extension.
