PBC Linear showcased its linear motion solutions at ATX East trade show New York

PBC Linear exhibited at the ATX East trade show in New York. Featuring both new and seasoned product lines, PBC highlighted their expertise in linear motion with new actuators and dynamic demos that are part of the launch of their Mechatronics Enabled (ME) initiative.  New Compact Series actuators were on display in both dynamic and hand-held demos, as well as a live SIMO Series demonstration featured on the large format 3D printer, the 3DP1000, which boasts a 1m x 1m x 0.5m print area.

PBC Linear not only featured the ME side of the company, but also shown off their world class components:

• Round Shaft Technology (RST): precision round shafting with linear plain and ball bearings; features Simplicity® and Simplicity® 60 Plus® shafting
• Cam Roller Technology (CRT): a multitude of sliders and precision straight rails provide high accuracy and high speed linear guidance; ideal solution for high load transfer and compact, low profile applications
• Integral-V Technology (IVT): structural aluminum framing with hardened steel raceways directly embedded into the rail to eliminate fasteners and reduce mounting components
• Gliding Surface Technology (GST): simple, two-piece designs configure a rail and carriage with a self-lubricating surface; features FrelonGOLD® technology, enabling high performance in harsh environments
