The Future of Cleaning by Hako

Logistics companies must be able to react quickly and flexibly to constantly changing market conditions. An essential basic requirement is the smooth running of all internal processes. Between 10th and 12th March visitors to the trade fair will be able to experience live at LogiMAT 2020 in Stuttgart the contribution Hako is making with its future-oriented product solutions and service innovations.

Strong partner in logistics

Cleanliness in the warehouse is a decisive factor for proper storage and can increase both work safety and productivity. Scrubber driers and sweepers from Hako carry out all cleaning tasks cleanly and reliably: with high area outputs, different working widths, great manoeuvrability and clever details for more safety in work.
A highlight at the Hako exhibition stand: the new Scrubmaster B260 R scrubber-dryer, which with an area output of up to 8,600 m2/h and 108 or 123 cm working width is the ideal scrubber-dryer for use in logistics. Further advantages: the large 260-litre tank for long operating times and the powerful all-wheel drive, which enables it to master ramps with undiminished cleaning performance. Thanks to the ergonomic overall machine concept, the new Scrubmaster B260 R is AGR-certified (www.agr-ev.de) – for greater working comfort and efficiency.

For cleanliness and health: Dust Stop

Hako has developed Dust Stop to keep the air in warehouses free of dust and fine particles during sweeping. Dust Stop surrounds the plate brush and ensures that dust is no longer whirled up. This reduces the dust and fine dust development by up to 90% compared to a conventional circular brush. Dust Stop is suitable for Hako Scrubmaster with sweeping attachment and all Hako Sweepmaster. Visitors to the LogiMAT at the Hako exhibition stand will find out how effectively the Purus Innovation Award 2019 winner counteracts dust and fine dust pollution at the workplace. There they can also find out about the Sweepmaster campaign “Hako Keinstaubwochen! From 01.02. to 30.04.2020 Hako will be offering Dust Stop and a safety package free of charge with the purchase of a Ride-on-Sweepmaster.

Autonomous solutions

Digitalisation also offers the logistics industry completely new opportunities. Hako supports logistics with automated cleaning: With the Scrubmaster B45 i Hako presents an autonomous cleaning machine which, with a new type of drive concept, special sensor technology, a 3D camera system as well as the navigation software developed in-house, can carry out standardised work independently and thus offer an optimised cleaning result. Also presented live at LogiMAT: the market-ready RoboScrub.

Digital solutions for increasing productivity

The update of the Hako Fleet Management also shows visitors to the fair how Hako uses innovative tools to make the planning of cleaning operations not only efficient but also resource-saving. In the current version of the online-based fleet management system an optimised user interface and many new features help to keep an eye on and optimise the performance of the cleaning fleet.
