The new Angst+Pfister Sensors and Power (APSP) PFLOW2001 flow sensors are based on MEMS technology and measure according to the thermal principle.

Thanks to a sensor chip of the latest generation and an optimized calibration process, an accuracy of ±(1.5%RD + 0.15%FS) and better is achieved. The series covers a wide measuring range from 0–10 sccm to 5000 sccm. With a wide input voltage range of 2.7–15 V DC, this new series is also perfect for replacing older or discontinued flow sensors. The PFLOW2001 are pin-compatible with many older series. A digital version with I2C or an analog version can be configured as the output signal.

In many applications such as HVAC, medical technology or process automation, the PFLOW2001-series is the perfect mass flow sensor due to its excellent price-performance ratio and long-term availability.
