BD|SENSORS offers precise and durable sensor solutions for pressure monitoring applications

The digitisation of production processes is continuing to make progress and requires smart solutions, which also includes sensor levels as the basis for process monitoring.

For all applications in which pressure is recorded and monitored and a switching operation has to be initiated when required, BD|SENSORS offers a wide range of sensors. These are not only precise and durable when it comes to performing their measurement tasks, “smart” communication of their results is also possible via IO-Link, Modbus or I2C.

Most of the products are available as a “pressure transmitter” and are designed for nominal pressure ranges of 100 mbar to 600 with accuracies of 0.1% to 0.5% FSO. Similarly to the analogue versions, they use different types of sensors made of stainless steel or ceramic as well as industry-standard process connections, guaranteeing their suitability for a wide range of applications. Special attention is paid to the three front-flush versions (DCT 531P/533P/DCT 553P) in a hygienic design that are tailored to the requirements of the foodstuff and pharmaceutical industries.

For applications where switching operations are required, pressure switch versions with and without a display are available, all of which are equipped with an IO-Link interface.
