d’Optron introduces its d’Biomager and d’Nanoimager 4D solutions

We live in a 3D world, in real-time, but most of the visualization tools available to us are limited to 2D. Several attempts at 3D visualization have been made but these methods are expensive and highly-efficient. Now, d’Optron are making 4D imaging (real-time, high-resolution 3D) a reality in multiple industries.

d’Biomager: Real-time, live cell 4D imaging

d’Biomager is the first microscope camera that can be attached to any existing light microscope to allow real-time, quantitative 4D imaging for live cells and tissues. By obtaining quantitative phase and height in millisecond speed and nanometer-resolution, d’Biomager allows one to obtain to obtain dynamic biophysical properties of cells and tissues that were previously challenging to measure. d’Biomager can potentially address important and unmet needs in cancer biology, regenerative medicine, infectious diseases and neurology.

d’Nanoimager: Non-contact 4D Inspection

d’Nanoimager is a stand-alone system that enables real-time quantitative 4D inspection of transparent objects such as micro-optics, microfluidics, etc. d’Nanoimager enables real-time, nanometer-resolution depth measurements with comparable accuracy to that of atomic force microscopy but without the inconvenience and inefficiency. d’Nanoimager will finally realize the possibility of online, real-time, high-resolution 3D inspection for manufacture of micro-optics, etc.
