Demonstrating the depth of its product ranges, HepcoMotion has taken two stands at MACH 2016, the UK’s premier event to showcase engineering based manufacturing technologies. The first stand focuses on the company’s core linear motion technology and the second on complementary system components.

For more than 45 years HepcoMotion has been a leading innovator in the field of linear motion. Hepco originated the V guide system now used worldwide for the control of linear, rotary and continuous motion. Perfect for every design engineer, Hepco offers over forty-two major product lines with thousands of individual components in various sizes. Many of Hepco’s leading products will be featured at MACH 2016.

Visit stand 4961 for a selection of Hepco’s core products

Key products on the stand include Hepco’s core GV3 Linear Motion System that serves a diverse range of automation & linear applications. Visitors will also be able to see the highly original PRT2 1-Trak continuous motion system that gives designers complete freedom in 2D track design. Perfect where space is important, 1-Trak enables tight track return curves to be achieved and can be customised to fit an existing machine. A further demonstration unit on the stand will showcase the DTS2 driven track system – an ideal choice for applications that require high positional accuracy and a demanding duty cycle.

In addition, Mark Bragg, Manager of HepcoAutomation, will be on the stand and available to discuss applications with customers. Offering advanced automation solutions from specialised tooling to complete turnkey systems, HepcoAutomation supplies a fully integrated package of driven and controlled motion, satisfying a broad range of customer requirements.

Stand 4336 showcases Hepco’s complementary system components

Hepco’s second stand provides a taster of the extensive range of products available to meet all system needs. These include the ZIMM Screw Jack System for pushing, pulling, lifting, lowering and positioning object loads, Linear Ball Bushings, and the newly announced low-cost, high-quality Hepco Linear Guide System (HLG).

With Hepco’s experienced team on hand to discuss applications and product offerings, Hepco looks forward to meeting visitors on stand 4961 and 4336.

MACH runs from 11th-15th April at the NEC, Birmingham.
