Eleven Live Demonstrations
At VISION Stuttgart 2026, JAI will present 11 live demonstrations, highlighting imaging technologies for applications including food inspection, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor inspection, recycling, printing, logistics, and material sorting.
The demonstrations include:
Multispectral Line Scan Imaging – See how the Sweep+ Series SW-8000Q-CXP2A simultaneously captures RGB and Near Infrared (NIR) information using prism technology, enabling enhanced inspection where color and material characteristics must be analyzed in a single scan.
Prism-based Color Imaging – Compare true three-sensor prism technology with conventional Bayer color imaging using the Apex Series AP-5100T-5GE and Go-X Series GOX-5105C-PGE, demonstrating the advantages of prism-based color reproduction, resolution, and waveband separation.
Multispectral Area Scan Imaging – Experience the Fusion Series FS-3200T-10GE-NNC, combining RGB and NIR imaging in a single camera for applications requiring pixel-perfect multispectral data up to 5 bands.
UV Imaging – Discover how the Go Series GO-8105M-5GE-UV extends imaging into the ultraviolet spectrum for applications such as electronics and semiconductor inspection, pharmaceutical and medical inspection, and print inspection.
SWIR Area Scan Imaging – The Wave Series WAA-1300-GE-TEC combines Sony’s IMX990 sensor with integrated thermoelectric cooling (TEC), enabling simultaneous visible and SWIR imaging from 400–1700 nm with stable, low-noise performance.
SWIR Line Scan Imaging – Preview the new Wave Series WAL-2001-GE, featuring JAI’s latest 2k pixel-shift technology for high-quality SWIR line scan imaging and enhanced inspection capabilities.
High-Resolution Line Scan Imaging – See the Sweep Series SW-16000TL-CXP4A deliver RGB imaging with exceptional resolution and speed for demanding inspection applications.
Cost-Effective Line Scan Imaging – Learn how the Sweep Series SW-8001M-10GE combines imaging performance with a versatile SFP+/10GigE interface, offering an efficient solution for a broad range of machine vision systems.
High-Resolution Area Scan Imaging – Experience the Spark Series, delivering high-resolution, high-speed imaging with CoaXPress over Fiber for applications requiring maximum bandwidth over long cable distances.
Technology Preview – Get a glimpse of two upcoming technologies currently under development that will expand JAI’s product portfolio.
