NETZSCH to showcase its NEMO® progressive cavity pump and TORNADO® range at the Biogas 2019

At the Biogas in Ulm from 30.1. – 31.1.2019 NETZSCH shows in Hall 2 at Booth 252 the NEMO® progressive cavity pump with xLC stator adjustment unit and the robust and powerful TORNADO® rotary lobe pump T.Envi®.

With the new component of the NEMO progressing cavity pump, the xLC stator adjustment unit, triples the lifetime of the rotor-stator unit by axial compression, especially when pumping difficult, abrasive media. When wear occurs in the rotor-stator system, this new system allows the performance of the pump to be re-established by adjusting the preload in the rotor-stator system.

Where larger volumes have to be filled or transferred, a rotary lobe pump can be used instead of the progressing cavity pump. NETZSCH has developed a highly robust solution for this area: The TORNADO® range which is resistant to clogging thanks to large openings while achieving a high flow rate.
