New high-voltage power supply for high-temperature developed by Hamamatsu

Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. has developed the C12733 high-voltage power supply for use with photomultiplier tubes in high-temperature applications such as oil well logging. The C12733 is the first such power supply to be developed by Hamamatsu Photonics, and offers outstanding resistance to high temperatures, shock, and vibration. Samples of the new product will be available to manufacturers from October 1, 2013.

The C12733 high-voltage power supply for ruggedized PMTs will be on display at the Techno-Frontier 2013 trade show (in the category of power systems) from July 17 to July 19 at the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition hall.
