NexX level: manoeuvring heavy loads safely

Compact, powerful and manoeuvrable: The new NexX multi-directional reach truck from HUBTEX is ideal for use in confined storage spaces and narrow aisles. In addition to long loads, users can also transport standard formats of up to 3 t with the industrial truck.

The reach truck NexX serves a wide range of applications and is suitable, for example, for use in building material markets, in the steel and timber trade as well as by door and window manufacturers or machine construction companies. Because these industries have one thing in common: storage space is often limited, aisles are getting narrower and shelves are getting higher – for efficient order picking, compact and manoeuvrable industrial trucks are needed that can also store high. This is where the reach truck NexX comes into play. HUBTEX offers the standard vehicle in load capacities of 2 t, 2.5 t and 3 t.

Energy-efficient and flexible to use – without long turning times

Due to its compact design and multi-directional steering, the NexX is predestined for narrow aisles with heavy loads. Users can therefore make much better use of their available storage space. The steering and travel drive of the three-wheel chassis with PU tyres are fully electric and thus function without hydraulics. This makes the NexX much more energy-efficient than comparable vehicles. The reach truck is available with a lead-acid battery and a lithium-ion battery.

Quick changes of direction between longitudinal, transverse and circular travel are possible thanks to the HX steering. The NexX consistently maintains directional stability and time-consuming turning and manoeuvring manoeuvres are no longer necessary.

The smooth braking and acceleration is of particular benefit to the long goods area thanks to the equipment with braked load wheels. The new multi-talent was developed by HUBTEX with special attention to the user. Thanks to the open and ergonomically aligned cross-seat cab, they benefit from a very good view in all directions of travel. The three-wheel chassis quickly compensates for any uneven ground. This makes the vehicle not only energy-efficient, but also particularly comfortable for the user.
