For quality assurance and traceability, large containers in particular need clear labelling. Only in this way can the supply chain, e.g. for foodstuffs, animal feed, the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, obtain the highest possible transparency required by law and expected by consumers. The experts from Bluhm Systeme, international manufacturer and supplier of labelling solutions, will be at POWTECH 2022, Hall 3, Stand 324, to answer all questions about labelling, especially for loose goods.

24 colours, 18-month service intervals, 3 lines

The Linx 8900 inkjet printer prints up to three lines on products and packaging – in 24 colours. This attracts attention, especially from the recipient. Along the production line, with maintenance intervals of around 18 months, the Linx 8900 is virtually invisible – except when it indicates the next maintenance date in good time. With its narrow footprint and wall-mounting option, it also fits into tight production environments.

80 per cent less compressed air

The Legi-Air 4050 E label dispenser prints labels with variable data and then applies them fully automatically to products, cartons or pallets. Thanks to numerous available modules, the system can be adapted to the respective application. The device is characterised by low operating costs. Among other things, compressed air consumption is reduced by up to 80% by means of a modulated vacuum. Maintenance parts are dispensed with completely and the use of wear parts is reduced to a minimum.

450 prints per minute

Labels, tubular bags and, above all, films – the Linx TT 1000 thermal transfer printer effortlessly prints on fast-moving, flexible materials of all kinds. Best before dates (BBD), barcodes, logos, marketing information and even longer texts including punctuation are applied in real time at 1m/sec. The reduction of wear parts, the elimination of compressed air, optimised ribbon utilisation and ribbon lengths of up to 1,200m increase running times, reduce downtimes and lower operating costs.

100 percent mobile

The handheld printer X1JET HP Handhold is handy, location-independent and reliable even in dusty production conditions. It is the size of a toolbox and can therefore literally print transport containers of all kinds or sacks of grain, cement and powder directly on site in just a few steps. When changing products, the changeover to other print texts is done simply at the push of a button. The operator simply creates the print data on the PC using the iDesign layout software supplied and transfers it to the handheld via USB stick or WLAN.

For packaging of all kinds: Bluhm Systeme at FACHPACK

Shifting purchasing behaviour towards online shopping, increased demand for improved hygiene and sustainability as well as the highest possible traceability and efficiency – the packaging industry is confronted with some planned, but even more unplanned changes. At FACHPACK, which is taking place at the same time, Bluhm Systeme will be presenting a cross-industry and investment-safe labelling portfolio in Hall 1, Stand 141. It takes into account, among other things, the technical challenges of the global infrastructure, legal requirements and the rapid response to trends and developments in the various markets.
