Optronis develops new Horizontal Sweep Kit for the latest SC-10 cameras

For the latest SC-10 cameras Optronis offers a Horizontal Sweep Kit (HSK) that allows the feet to be installed while the camera is horizontal. This means that the streak system can be turned, but still installed precisely, safely and adjustably.

Even very simple things can be useful. Streak cameras have a vertical sweep direction as standard, which means the input slit is oriented horizontally. Now and then a vertical slit orientation is required, however.

“All we need is a couple of simple mechanical parts to offer the user a solution for expanding the range of applications for a high-tech product,” says Patrick Summ, managing director of Optronis GmbH.
