Schneider-Kreuznach presented the world’s first one-stop circular polarizer at the NAB Show in Las Vegas.

The ideal solution for professional low-light shooting and considerably more effective than a linear polarizer is finally there.
The first one-stop circular polarizer minimizes undesirable glare and reflections while retaining full color saturation. The new polarizer is available in the popular sizes 4×4, 4×5.65 and 6.6×6.6, or custom-made.

Additionally Schneider-Kreuznach has expanded it´s Emmy® award-winning Platinum IRND filter line. These filters limit the light striking of the camera’s CCD or CMOS imager to the visible spectrum, reducing color distortions caused by invisible IR light. Previously available with 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8 and 2.1, has the new addition now 2.4 (8-stops). The IRND filters are available in all standard video and cine formats.

Schneider’s 0.15 ND MPTV filter is making a comeback, joining the range of neutral density filters with 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 1.5 and 1.8.
In addition to the popular True-Streak® filter line available in blue, red, orange, green, yellow, pink, violet and clear, there are now new Star filters in red, white, blue and clear. The 6-point star effect filters create typical anamorphic streaks and lens flares. They can be rotated to create a sparkle or fireworks effect. Star filters can be made to order with 4, 6 or 8 points and all eight True-Streak® colors can be combined.
Finally, Schneider-Kreuznach unveils extremely flat clear filters to fit the 111mm front thread of the Fujinon Cabrio lens family and the 112mm thread of Canon Cinema Zooms. Schneider-Kreuznach’s water-white glass features outstanding optical clarity at exceptional value.
