Introducing the new Super-fast Ocean FX Spectrometer
The newest spectrometer from Ocean Optics is the Ocean FX, which offers acquisition speed up to 4,500 scans per second, Ethernet and Wi-Fi interfaces, and onboard spectral buffering to ensure data integrity during reaction monitoring. Ocean FX is ideal for high-speed sorting and grading in production environments, measurement of high-intensity plasmas and light sources, and monitoring of fast reaction kinetics for life sciences applications.

What else can be seen at the exhibition booth of Ocean Optics :

  • Lighting measurement – using our new mobile device-based spectrometer system to measure spectral irradiance and color of illumination sources
  • Spectroscopy Education kits – demonstrating affordable education kits that combine all the spectroscopy tools you’ll need to integrate absorbance, transmission, fluorescence, emission and pH measurements into curricula, bringing spectroscopy concepts to life
  • Food imaging and analysis – showcasing multispectral sensing technologies for quality grading of agricultural samples such as coffee
Trace level detection – using SERS substrates to amplify very weak Raman signals by many orders of magnitude, detecting samples such as pesticides and food adulterants

Furthermore Ocean Optics will also showcase their thin film measurement systems and OEM capabilities. For OEMs, the modular design of Ocean Optics products allows sourcing at the component, subassembly or system level, depending on your needs and the stage of product development. Ocean Optics line of spectrometers, light sources and accessories are compact, portable, and low in power consumption, enabling rapid time to market for your ideas on a scalable platform.
