Vision Components and Xilinx to collaborate in a workshop at VISION exhibition 2014

At this year’s VISION exhibition, image processing expert Vision Components and Zynq® All Programmable SoC manufacturer Xilinx® will hold daily joint workshops focusing on the operation of Zynq hardware modules. These devices, which integrate FPGA logic and an ARM® dual core CortexTM A9 processor, are used in Vision Components’ new VC Z series of intelligent cameras that also feature Linux firmware. Xilinx will provide general hardware information, while Vision Components will explain the possibilities of image processing with the special capabilities of Zynq devices. Afterwards, the experts will answer questions from participants.

Time: November 04-06, 2014, daily at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., approx. 15 minutes
