NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH, a global specialist in conveying complex media, is expanding its product line in peristaltic pumps with the introduction of the PERIPRO® tube pump. This pump has been specifically designed for demanding dosing applications, providing efficient performance across various uses.

The PERIPRO® tube pump has been tailored for applications requiring continuous, round-the-clock operation, such as wastewater treatment. It features a hermetically sealed design to prevent any medium from escaping in the event of a tube rupture, mitigating the risk of contamination or environmental harm. Additionally, the PERIPRO® is equipped with a leakage sensor that detects ruptures early, enabling quick operator intervention to prevent further issues.

Like all other peristaltic pumps in the NETZSCH range, this tube pump has only one wear part—the tube—reducing the need for electronic components. This simplicity leads to lower maintenance costs and less downtime compared to other dosing pumps.

The PERIPRO® tube pump serves a wide range of applications, with its primary use in wastewater treatment. It can also be employed in dosing chemical substances, such as lime milk or food industry additives, provided they do not require special certifications.
