CLOOS celebrates 835 years of experience

Training and promoting skilled workers is a top priority at CLOOS – and it pays off: At the end of November, the company honoured the long-standing loyalty and exceptional commitment of its employees with a festive celebration in the decorated canteen. The event was all about appreciation and togetherness.

At the centre of the evening: 40 colleagues looking back together on impressive years of working together. Among them were ten employees with a proud 40 years of service – a milestone that stands for exceptional loyalty and expertise. A further nine employees are celebrating 25 years of service, and 21 employees have been part of the CLOOS team for ten years. Together, this adds up to a remarkable total of 835 years with the company.

With a proportion of over 50 per cent of skilled workers trained in-house, CLOOS underlines its future-oriented and sustainable personnel development. This figure is more than just a statistic – it reflects a corporate culture based on trust, reliability and team spirit. The average length of service of 20 years per employee shows how strongly the workforce identifies with the values of CLOOS.
