Discharge at the push of a button in small format

With the centrifugal disc machines, workpieces and abrasives are placed loosely in an open-topped working container and set into a toroidal flow by the bottom, which is in the form of a plate. The centrifugal force accelerates the workpieces together with the abrasives to the stationary, streamlined inner wall of the work bowl. Due to their different densities, the workpiece and the grinding wheels perform a relative movement.

This dynamic flow enables a high, targeted removal of material with very short machining times compared to vibrators or drums. Up to now, the working container of the 6-30 L systems has been emptied manually via a hand lever. This is still the standard. Recently, however, there is also the option of automatic tilting at the push of a button for the 18 L and 30 L centrifugal disc plants.

This empties the working container slowly and gently. With the help of end position sensors, the container can be moved and stopped steplessly.
The new automatic tipping at the push of a button makes handling much easier when emptying the working container. At the same time, this also
means that working with the centrifugal disc machines becomes even more ergonomic and efficient. Of course, the easy handling and robust plant technology of the centrifugal disc machines is still retained.
