Doppstadt Group presents smart Processing solutions for IFAT

Reliable technology presented face-to-face: The Doppstadt Group will be presenting smart processing solutions for the waste disposal and recycling industry at IFAT from 30 May to 3 June 2022. For the first time, Doppstadt will be located exclusively on the outdoor exhibition grounds of Messe München. On 1,700 square metres of open space, the expert for environmental technology will present, among other things, its flexibly usable multitool METHOR and the mobile-modular processing concept MMAK. In addition, Doppstadt shows ways into an economic future with electrified drives. Presentations of the new Doppstadt Academy as well as the areas of After Sales, Used Machines and Recruiting complete the versatile supporting programme. “We are delighted to finally be able to welcome our customers and partners back to IFAT in person after four years,” says Gerd Schreier, Managing Director of the Doppstadt Group. “In recent years, we have continuously developed our technologies and systems.

The IFAT, as the world’s leading trade fair for environmental technology, is the perfect place to present our innovative treatment solutions to the public.” For the first time, the Doppstadt Group will be exhibiting its products exclusively in the outdoor area of the trade fair and not in Hall B6 as usual. “We have a wide range of exhibits this year. In Hall B6 we simply do not have enough space to present our solutions”, explains Schreier. On 1,700 square metres Doppstadt now offers sufficient space to display all exhibits in compliance with current hygiene and distance regulations. In addition, the specialist for environmental technology is also present in the areas of the (VDMA) with live demonstrations.

At the VDMA presentation on the subject of plastics recycling, Doppstadt will also be presenting its smart presentation on the subject of plastics recycling.

Flexible, economical and efficient: the Doppstadt solutions at the
IFAT

A focal point of the exhibition is the METHOR. The multitool can be
adaptable to a wide range of operating conditions and thus represents a smart solution for more versatility. Part of the exhibition are
options such as shredding tools and counter-blades, which allow the
counter-blades, with which the METHOR can be used for a wide variety of shredding tasks quickly, precisely and economically. In addition, the new attachment options from the separating and air separation portfolio will also be on show.

The mobile-modular MMAK processing concept from Doppstadt

The smart solution combines series machines and components efficiently into one plant concept. Users benefit from greater economic efficiency and legal certainty for different processing requirements. At IFAT, exemplary mobile-modular treatment concepts will be presented for the following fields of application: commercial, construction and biowaste applications. These have already proven themselves on the market many times over. With electrified drives, the Doppstadt Group is also showing its customers ways to a more economical future. “We are currently working on the electrification of our entire machine portfolio,” explains Schreier. “We want to make a valuable contribution to the systems, we would like to make a valuable contribution to climate and environmental protection.”

Personal exchange: live and virtual

In addition to smart processing solutions, Doppstadt will also be presenting the the new Doppstadt Academy with its extensive range of training courses. Here, customers and sales partners learn how to optimally handle the Doppstadt solutions. The Doppstadt after-sales team will also be available as contact persons will be available on site. Doppstadt also uses IFAT to actively recruit new specialists. At a specially set up personnel stand, interested parties will have the opportunity to talk to the
with the company on the spot.

Even though IFAT 2022 is scheduled to take place in the presence of the public again, Doppstadt is also focusing on a digital supporting programme. Thus customers and partners can also get an impression of the trade fair and Doppstadt’s innovations. “Whether in presence or online – we are looking forward to an exciting exchange,” says Schreier.
