Organized by Hartmann Valves, the Renewable Energy Summit brought together experts from the fields of economy, science, and politics on June 6, 2024, at the CD-Kaserne in Celle. The event focused on deep geothermal energy and hydrogen.
In two parallel tracks, the summit presented flagship projects, discussed the latest scientific findings, and reviewed political initiatives and developments related to hydrogen and deep geothermal energy.
The summit was moderated by Gunda Fahrenkrog (Niedersachsen.next), Dr. Jochen Schneider (ENERCHANGE), and Prof. Dr. Hanke-Rauschenbach (Leibniz University Hannover), who guided the diverse program and facilitated the discussions. The event was marked by the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and the networking of various stakeholders.
The motto, “Innovations for the Reliable Energy Supply of Tomorrow,” underscored the importance of each participant in the energy transition. It became clear that through courage, expertise, and especially the exchange of knowledge, significant progress for the future energy supply can be made together.
With a mix of in-depth lectures and interactive discussions, the summit provided 130 attendees with comprehensive insights and valuable input for the future of the energy transition.
