EP Mobil from Eropress shows its true size

Once again, the smallest machine from Europress Umwelttechnik, our “EP Mobil” with a pressing force of 60 tons, shows its true size.

As a replacement machine for much larger balers, it ensures a smooth transition during overhauls or other temporary operations to maintain bale production in the standard 1100mm x 750mm bale format

Paper and corrugated cardboard pressing is no particular challenge for this fully equipped mobile machine weighing approx. 12.5 tons.

Thanks to the simple transportation of the system using hook lift vehicles, it reaches its installation site quickly and cost-effectively. Installation and commissioning then only takes a few minutes and material injection can begin.

Of course, such a system can also be operated stationary with a conveyor belt. Thanks to its compact length of approx. 6 meters, it also fits perfectly where space is limited.

The EP Mobil has closure systems in the piston and in the base, which make it possible to compact almost all materials. Whether shredded bulky waste material for temporary storage, paper and cardboard fractions or hard plastics; the areas of application are very diverse.
