How should companies in the waste disposal and recycling industry meet the growing legal and economic requirements? With its mobile-modular processing concept, DoppstadtUmwelttechnik GmbH provides an economical, legally secure and future-proof answer. In addition to a high degree of flexibility and certified legal certainty, users also benefit from considerable economic advantages in the pre-treatment of commercial waste and construction and demolition waste due to low treatment costs and low investment. A report by an independent expert confirms compliance with all the requirements of § 6 of the Commercial Waste Ordinance. “MMAK. These four letters stand for the future in waste disposal,” says Michael Zeppenfeldt, Sales Manager Germany at Doppstadt.

MMAK is Doppstadt’s so-called mobile-modular processing concept, which offers companies in the waste management and recycling industry flexible, economical and legally compliant solutions. “We work according to the modular principle,” explains Zeppenfeldt, “together with the customer we select the machines needed for his requirements and coordinate them optimally. The special feature: All components are mobile and can therefore be used flexibly. They can therefore be individually adapted to different material flows and can also be used in other fractions within the company. Thanks to its high variability, the solution can also be reconfigured, reduced or expanded at any time.

Independent processing also possible for small companies

Since the individual components of the mobile-modular processing concept also require little space and – compared to stationary plants – only a fraction of the investment costs and approval effort, they are ideal for small and medium-sized waste management companies. They can process waste independently and do not have to resort to external plants. This reduces costs and ensures increased economic efficiency and independence. The third major advantage of the MMAK – in addition to economic efficiency and flexibility – is that it offers the operator a high degree of legal security. This certifies that the mobile-modular processing concept complies with all the requirements of paragraph 6 of the Commercial Waste Ordinance. “This certificate means that our customers are on the safe side: whoever decides in favour of our concept gets a plant that is 100 per cent legally compliant,” says Zeppenfeldt.

The ideal solution for commercial and mixed construction waste

The mobile-modular processing concept from Doppstadt is suitable for many areas of application thanks to its diverse combination options. Among other things, it masters the processing of construction and demolition waste as well as the pre-treatment of commercial waste. This smart solution is also successfully used for the removal of contaminants from biowaste and screen overflows.
