Gleason’s 175GMS nano Gear Metrology System introduces next-level gear inspection. With its skidless probe and tools like Waviness Analysis and KTEPS software, the system enables accurate diagnosis of surface deviations and gear noise — critical for demanding applications.

Fast Workholding and Comprehensive Tooling Solutions

The QFS Quick-Flex System ensures changeovers in under 30 seconds, while new hydraulic and mechanical clamping systems support broad machining applications. Gleason also presents high-performance tooling: hard finishing tools, carbide skiving cutters, and a wide selection of European-made HSS and carbide hobs, including worm and coarse pitch variants.
