The new HAINBUCH production site in Slovakia was inaugurated with a grand ceremony. The new building in Dubnica is now home to the entire production of the two previous locations, Trenčín and Bánovce. From now on, the subsidiary founded in 1997 and previously operating under the name “HS-Tec” will trade under the new name HAINBUCH Slovakia. All machines were moved during ongoing operations.

With 6,000 square metres, the new location is the largest production site outside Germany. HAINBUCH manufactures both components and complete clamping devices here. The number of employees at the Dubnica plant is over 220 in production and administration.

Managing Director Sylvia Rall reports: “This move was a masterpiece of logistics, production and planning, as we did not have a single day of complete downtime for our machines. We are very proud that our team managed to do everything according to plan. With the new building in Dubnica, we are setting the course in Slovakia and for our manufacturing in Europe to continue to produce quickly, precisely and in a resource-saving manner.”

The new building is strongly committed to sustainability: the production facility has air-source heat pumps for heating and air conditioning. A closed cooling circuit for the vulcanisation presses reduces water consumption. A photovoltaic system with battery storage provides energy, and the green roof on the administration wing keeps the building cool. A special floor covering on the car parks allows rainwater to evaporate more slowly and thus enriches the groundwater better.
