IFAT 2026: Rethinking Recycling

From May 4 to 7, 2026, we will showcase how modern material processing is evolving. Experience our latest technologies live at booth FM.709/1 in Munich.

With our strategic program Doppstadt 2030”, we are responding to the growing demands of the circular economy. A key highlight at the show is the new Spiral Shaft Separator SWS 6. As a self-sufficient functional machine, equipped with a tracked chassis, it can be moved flexibly across the site. Its patented self-cleaning system ensures continuous operation with minimal downtime.

For applications requiring the highest material purity, we will present the semi-mobile sensor sorter IMS 2. Developed in cooperation with RTT System, this plug-and-play solution introduces advanced AI sensor technology to the semi-mobile segment, closing an important gap in the processing of mixed construction waste.

Electric power and robust engineering

Sustainability is also reflected in our drive systems. The high-performance shredder INVENTHOR 6.2 will be shown in a new electric version with battery pack, enabling fully electric maneuvering. Complementing this, the new DoppBasket system delivers precise particle sizes in a single processing step.

For heavy-duty applications, the new CoreVibro 400 coarse screening system is designed for reliable performance. It is suitable for pre-sorting, screening before and after crushing, and separating oversized or sticky materials. This versatility makes it an ideal solution for construction debris, demolition waste, and operations in quarries or mining environments.

Next-generation machines and expanded applications

With the new DG 4 and DG 6, Doppstadt introduces the next generation of high-speed shredders, building on the success of the proven AK series. The DG models further develop the established grinding concept known for its durability and resistance to contaminants. An optimized open feed system and improved feed roller significantly increase throughput, especially when processing materials such as waste wood and green waste.

Digital tools and live demonstrations

The exhibition is complemented by new digital solutions, including the “MyDoppstadt” customer portal and the “Build!” machine configurator. These tools help customers plan and manage their fleets more efficiently.

Visitors who want to see the machines in action can attend the daily VDMA live demonstrations in the outdoor area. Among the machines on display will be the INVENTHOR 9 and the MMPC solution, combining the SWS 6 with the Methor, demonstrating modern material flow management in real-world conditions.

We look forward to welcoming you in Munich and discussing solutions tailored to your operational challenges.
