Technology provider Komptech, based in Frohnleiten, Austria and active worldwide, has announced a sales partnership with Polish family-owned company BAX Baumaschine, starting 1 July. With this agreement, Komptech hopes to boost its presence on the Polish market and reinforce its position in Eastern Europe.

BAX Baumaschine in Suchy Las near Poznan specializes in sales and servicing of material handling, recycling and construction machines. Founded in 2003, the family-owned company now has three sales and four service locations throughout Poland. With this nationwide coverage, customers are served individually by 30 employees who continually expand their service and sales expertise. “With BAX Baumaschinen Komptech is glad to present a new partner who has been familiar in our neighbouring country for years, and who is very active with other premium products as well. BAX always seeks to provide fast and pragmatic solutions in the interests of the customer. They’re a perfect fit with our service philosophy,” says Stefan Windisch, Head of Partner Sales at Komptech.

According to the agreement, BAX will offer its customers on the Polish market the entire Komptech portfolio of machines and systems for treating solid waste and processing woody biomass. In addition to machine sales, the agreement covers service support. BAX sees the agreement as an important step in building out its sales of material handling vehicles, recycling and construction machines in Poland. Agnieszka and Thomas Bax are looking forward to the collaboration. “This gives us a basis from which to serve the rising demand for premium products and meet customer needs even better.”

Komptech is a leading international manufacturer of machines and systems for the mechanical and biological treatment of solid waste and biomass, and the processing of woody biomass for use as a renewable fuel.
