König + Neurath AG appoints new chairman of the supervisory board

Karsten Helber, a graduate economist, will take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of König + Neurath AG, a supplier of office furniture and room systems, in Karben near Frankfurt am Main on January 1, 2021. Mr. Helber succeeds Otmar Stein, who had been a member of the Supervisory Board for the office furniture manufacturer since 2005 and retired from it at the end of 2020. In Karsten Helber, the shareholders have chosen an experienced entrepreneur. He will support the company in its future strategic orientation and contribute his cross-industry, in-depth experience and expertise.

Karsten Helber on his new responsibilities: “The family-owned company König + Neurath is not only accompanying the change in the working culture of its customers, but is itself undergoing a profound process of change from a manufacturing-oriented company to a solution-oriented provider. The Supervisory Board actively supports and accompanies this realignment. I am very much looking forward to working together in a spirit of trust with the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board and the employees*.” In addition to his new commitment to König + Neurath AG, the 51-year-old Stuttgart native is a founder, entrepreneur and serves on other supervisory boards. He stands for responsible, future-oriented corporate management with innovative strength and is regarded as a driver in the digitalization of corporate processes.

König + Neurath AG is looking positively to the coming year.
