Eaton has demonstrated its Lean Solution for machine builders that brings together the worlds of hydraulics and electrical engineering in automation. Eaton’s lean approach to machine building and manufacturing is unique to the market because it integrates electro-hydraulic systems in one comprehensive solution. This helps to reduce commissioning costs and energy while enabling diagnostic and energy management functions.

Eaton’s most innovative hydraulic products including LifeSense®hose monitoring technology, which continuously assesses the health of hydraulic hose assemblies in real time, as well as Eaton’s nickel free Guardian Seal™ technology for protecting metal tube fittings against corrosion. Eaton will also unveil its new PowerSource™ Web tool, which helps dealers search, specify, and sell Eaton’s full range of products and solutions.

“For Eaton, innovation is not just about breakthrough products, but also state-of-the-art information delivery systems that enable our customers and valued channel partners to instantly search for and find the best products to meet their specific requirements,” said Astrid Mozes, president of Eaton’s Hydraulics Group in EMEA. “In both these critical areas, we have made significant progress since Eaton last showed its Hydraulic offering at Hannover two years ago. We are looking forward to updating our customers and partners on this progress and our plans to further enhance our offering moving forward.”
