Yamazaki Mazak will showcase a wide range of groundbreaking machine and automation technologies at EMO 2025, including seven world premieres and five European premieres. Under the motto “Experience innovation, empower your future,” the exhibition highlights how true partnerships between machine builders and users are transforming modern manufacturing.
Visitors to the Mazak booth will see 20 machines on display, including five European premieres. The lineup covers everything from cost-effective 3-axis lathes and vertical machining centers—ideal entry-level solutions into the Mazak world—to the latest advances in INTEGREX multi-tasking machines and Auto Gear technology.
A standout highlight is the INTEGREX j-200 NEO, making its European debut. This machine combines exceptional productivity for complex, small batch production with an attractive price-performance ratio, developed by the pioneers of multi-tasking machining.
Mazak puts a strong focus on process integration at EMO. A live demonstration will show how a machining center and a laser processing machine work together to increase productivity while reducing CO₂ emissions and cost per part.
The Solutions Center offers visitors deep insights into Mazak technology and services beyond the machine itself. Consultations on hybrid technology, automation, digitalization, and intelligent manufacturing solutions provide practical guidance to boost productivity and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
With over 40 years of development, Mazak presents its MAZATROL control as a key to state-of-the-art machine performance combined with easy, dialog-based programming. Visitors can experience the latest digital tools, including MAZATROL DX, which shortens cycle times and significantly improves production workflows.
EMO will also feature Mazak’s advanced machining technologies such as additive manufacturing, friction stir welding, 5-axis machining, and gear cutting. These expand Mazak’s renowned Done-In-One concept to new applications, enabling shorter lead times, lower costs, and fewer outsourced processes.
Additionally, Mazak will showcase twelve automation solutions designed for flexible manufacturing with high product variety and small batch sizes. From multi-pallet systems and robot-assisted part handling to intelligent tool management and fully integrated manufacturing cells, the booth demonstrates how automation can be simple, scalable, and seamlessly integrated.
Richard Smith, European Group Managing Director at Yamazaki Mazak, states:
“Everything at the Mazak booth is driven by one simple philosophy: helping customers build more productive, resilient, and competitive operations. As a family-run company with proud Japanese heritage, we focus on long-term partnerships, innovative technologies, and comprehensive support—today, tomorrow, and for the future of manufacturing.”
