Mazak Unveils Seven Machines at AMB

Mazak is excited to announce its participation in AMB 2024 in Stuttgart, showcasing seven cutting-edge machines. The focus will be on multifunctional technology, advanced automation, innovative gear cutting, and comprehensive remote support services for maximum productivity.

The theme for Mazak’s booth, “Innovation through Partnership – Shaping the Future Together,” reflects its commitment to developing pioneering solutions in close collaboration with customers to ensure long-term success.

Highlighted at the show will be a new multifunctional machine designed for gear cutting and a world-first production lathe from Mazak’s new range, aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Mazak will also present its “Go Green” initiative, featuring the NEO machine series designed for higher productivity and sustainability. Three new NEO models will be showcased, offering up to 30% energy savings compared to base models.

Featured Machines

Key machines include the VARIAXIS i-700 NEO, a next-generation 5-axis machining center; the HCN-4000 NEO with a high-speed spindle and dual pallet changer; and the INTEGREX i-250H ST AG for gear cutting. The QUICK TURN 250 MSY, with Turn Assist robot and new gear cutting technology, will also be featured.

Additionally, Mazak will display the VARIAXIS C-600 with automation systems and the CV5-500, a cost-effective 5-axis solution. The Digital Live Twin concept will offer real-time digital modeling and process optimization.

Mazak will provide insights into its iCONNECT Services, including the MAZATROL DX software for productivity enhancement and Machine-2-Mazak (M2M) for real-time machine monitoring and remote support.
