NETZSCH sets new standards in the workplace

Last year, as part of the consolidation of three locations, NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH established a new, spacious, and contemporary pump factory in Waldkraiburg, Upper Bavaria. A standout feature of the Waldkraiburg Campus is its newly constructed office area.

The office worlds have an open concept that is modular and can be easily adapted to new circumstances. Various retreat options are available for meetings and appointments. The community concept is intended to strengthen and facilitate social interaction and exchange between individual departments.

It was very important to the manufacturer of positive displacement pumps and grinding systems to create the best possible working conditions for its employees. These include ergonomic chairs and height-adjustable desks as well as a relaxation room or a parent-child office. With free coffee and tea in the coffee and tea kitchens, various departments come together to exchange ideas, which promotes productivity, creativity and cooperation within the company.
