New machine for even greater efficiency and quality at EWS

We are continuously investing in the future – with state-of-the-art technology and a clear focus on quality and efficiency. The latest proof of this is the new EMAG VSC400DDS, which is now supporting our production in the field of gear technology.

The machine is a retrofit of an existing EMAG system, specially optimized for our requirements. It enables process-reliable machining of internal and external P3G interfaces in gear technology. By automating the VX inserts (Op10) and eliminating material flow crossings, we are significantly improving our production processes. The milling and grinding spindles ensure high process stability and accuracy. CBN machining enables efficient machining, while a measuring probe monitors ongoing production. The result is higher process capability, increased quality, reduced tool costs and significantly shorter throughput times.

With this investment, we are strengthening our competitiveness and ensuring the high quality standard that our customers expect from us in the long term.
