RENNER upgrades their filter – product portfolio with the model range REN-EMR for precious metal recovery in different methods.

The significant facts to REN-EMR:

  • Recovery of resources (Au, Ag, Pd)
  • Freely configurable
  • With or without rectifier
  • With or without flow regulation
  • With or without pump
  • An integrated storage container is optional
  • Batch or inline processing alternatively

REN-EMR-E is a new electrolysis cell for electrolytic recovery of precious and nonprecious metals, which may occur in average and high concentrations of rinsing tanks, plating lines and stripping solutions. It uses the principle of electrodeposition: metal cations within a plating electrolyte or stripping solution move in direction of the filter elements by a low current between the electrodes. They are deposited on the big surfaced foam cathodes in metallic shape and finally stay preserved as a valuable resource.

The alternative REN-EMR-H enables the precious metal recovery by ion exchange with a resin. This technique is highly efficient for low and average precious metals concentrations in worn out precious metal plating tanks, rinsing tanks, flow rinsing and stripping solutions.
