Sera once again receives the TOP 100 Seal

The sera Group once again ranks among the top 100 innovators in Germany. The company based in Immenhausen near Kassel received the coveted TOP 100 Seal for the second time after 2021. The award, presented by compamedia, recognizes particularly innovative medium-sized companies.

On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the TOP 100 innovation competition, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke from the Vienna University of Economics and Business subjected the innovation strength of the sera Group to an intensive examination. More than 100 criteria from five categories were considered in the evaluation.

Recognized for innovation and future orientation

The sera Group impressed the jury of the innovation competition in all five categories: Innovative Top Management, Innovation Climate, Innovative Processes and Organization, External Orientation/Open Innovation, and Innovation Success.

“The renewed recognition as a TOP 100 Innovator is a great honor for us and, at the same time, a confirmation of our continuous efforts in the field of research and development,” says Carsten Rahier, Managing Partner of the sera Group. “Innovation is a central part of our corporate culture and the key to our success.”

Hydrogen technology as a significant driver of innovation

TOP 100 Seal as motivation for the future

The recognition as a TOP 100 Innovator serves as both motivation and obligation for the sera Group. “We will continue to exert all our efforts to develop innovative and future-oriented solutions,” says Rahier. “Our goal is to remain among the leading companies in our markets.”

The sera Group, along with other awardees, will come together on June 28 at the “congress centrum weimarhalle” for the ceremonial award presentation during the German SME Summit.
