SLIDER HOLDING DEVICE WITH ROLLER

KNARR offers a functional alternative to the slide lock with the slide retaining device with roller. The advantages are obvious: an optimized and enlarged bearing surface of the component allows a chamfer and excludes reworking on the thread.

The slide retainer consists essentially of a DLC-coated axle, a hardened roller (60 HRC), and interchangeable springs with different retaining forces (1 – 45 kg).

Since lubrication can be dispensed with, cleanroom suitability is ensured in all cases. The temperature resistance of 220 °C is another plus point.

In the case of small diameters (10 mm, 13 mm and 16 mm), the component is fixed by only one screw. The anti-rotation feature is achieved by an additional pin on the contact surface.
