ACD Elektronik GmbH and Janam Technologies LLC cooperate on industrial smartphones

ACD Elektronik, a specialist for mobile devices and applications in trade and logistics from Achstetten near Ulm, and the US American Janam Technologies, a specialist for industry fulltouch handhelds, will cooperate in the future to jointly offer industry fulltouch handhelds in Germany. To this end, ACD will add a standard fulltouch device from Janam to its product portfolio and will initially be completely responsible for sales, service and support in Germany.

Andreas Zwißler, Managing Director of ACD, says: “For standard touch devices in the entry-level segment, we have so far lacked the right device in our portfolio. With Janam we have found the ideal partner for this, with whom we have already worked together on a project basis. Janam can serve the ACD with an optimal device at short notice due to its existing global footprint and product portfolio. In return, we can support Janam Technologies through our service and support structures in Germany and Europe. In addition, we are able to develop specific accessories for these devices and thus create additional customer benefits.

The new product XT30 is a five inch full touch device based on Android™ 9.0 and completes the ACD product portfolio perfectly. With this new partnership, ACD can now also serve the entry-level segment with the familiar service and support level.
